Extremely bad signal - 2 years

I have extremely bad signal strength at my home in Centurion and have reported this to MTN numerous times. I have had NO response regarding this whatsoever! We have 5 cell phones and 2 modems in the house - all with MTN because since 1993 (when I got my first cell phone), their service has been above all other suppliers. However, the only response I have been able to get lately is "We have escalated your complaint to the regional manager". I have NEVER received any further support from MTN (or their regional manager for that matter). I live in a standard residential area which supposedly falls in the 100% 3G coverage zone, yet we have zero to no signal strength 99.9% of the time! We are paying for 6 contracts while receiving no service. This is quite unacceptable! Please help!
