Last year I took out a data contract with Cell C, but there was no reception for Cell C in my area so I can not at all use the data, I went into a cell c branch and they logged my query and told me a technician will come out and see what the problem is, and that was the last word from them so I waited two months for them until I have decided to Hello Peter them, then they have send out a guy but no luck. And give me two months subscription for free now I am paying again for something I can not use so I send a email requesting what I must pay or do to cancel this contract, the guy phoned me and he said he logged it for the retention department and they will be in contact with me in the next 2 days, and still until today I have not received any respond. So at the end of the month I will again pay for something I cant even use and it is not my problem is there problem that they don't have reception in the area. What must I do next to get response out of Cell C???
