So, today is exactly a week that MTN responded, from Hello Peter that they "apologise for the inconvenience, and they are so glad I have brought this matter to their attention... and they are escalating immediately to the correct parties..." wanna guess the status... they have not bothered to call, sms or mail me. Incompetence rules!!! and I have an upgrade coming up...
