First complaint was posted on Hello Peter on 23/04/2013, a response was posted saying "Thank you for contacting us and bringing this to our attention. We invest in the training and the development of our all our staff and management with focus on fantastic customer service. It is rather disappointing that you had this experience and we truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. I will pass your comments to our customer services department where they will be able to investigate your complaint. We are looking into the matter, we hope to have your complaint seen to as quickly as possible and will contact you accordingly.

They failed to communicated further and resolve the issue. ANOTHER complaint was posted on Hello Peter on the 29/04/2013 and has still not been responded to.
