I GET THE IMPRESSION NO ONE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. DID ANYONE ACTUALLY INVESTIGATE ANYTHING.
AREN'T YOU HUMILIATED TO BE WORKING FOR THIS ORGANISATION TSWELOPELE?

and whats the point of escalating problems when still nothing gets done. Get on the telephone to the people responsible, find out whats happening and when something will be done and then call me - that's what customer service is - your last escalation was just lip service to make yourselves look better. I hope someone actually uses the responses on here to determine your appraisals and bonuses - especially you Tswelopele!
