Peter, I respect your rules for only complaining once about a Company in 5 days. However, hence my complaint, some of the complaints are of serious nature and needs urgent attention and rectification. These companies reply with one liners "matter has been escalated" and buy extra time while when the clients become more and more frustrated. There must be another way for Companies to respond to a client more promptly and with dignity, instead of "escalating"?
