Refurbished Phones

I have taken out a new contract with vodacom, receiving a new Blackberry handset. Within the first 2 months it sarted heating up and loosing power... This phone was replaced with a "brand new" phone. To my disgust I was informed that the handset actually is a refurbished unit!! As to be expected this phone gave problems as well and was taken in AGAIN. I received a third phone from Vodacom, this broke as well! When I took it in, FOR THE FORTH TIME I was told that the usb is faulthy and this now is MY problem?! I need to pay in excess of R1700 to fix this!? I warned Quinton at the Vodacom store in Long Beach Mall that these second hand phones they keep giving me will keep on breaking and that sooner or later Vodacom will blame me for the breakage! This is exactly what happened! Now I am expected to keep on paying my contract, fulfilling my end of the contract while Vodacom laughs all the way to the bank! Vodacom, NEVER AGAIN!
