Day light robbary by Vodacom insurance

My iphones were from my car and I made sure that I locked but when I got back to my car the bag and phones were not in the car and my car was unlocked. I reported the phones on the Vodacom line and went through all procedures. they promised to get me phones today and only Today they tell me they cant give me my phones because nobody broke into my car. This is unacceptable. I want this case reinvestigated and I want the two phones cant run my business and its four days now. Vodacom is ripping me off and they are being unfair!!! I am really upset about this
