Cancelling Insurance without Authority

I upgraded 2 new phones, from Blackerry Bold to Samsung S4 and sent through insurance forms from the outlet and it was confirmed that my 2 new cellphones were covered by insurance. I had an incident where my phone was and reported it and got the case number. The outlet then sent the insurance claim to Cellsure and today I received a call that my claim is declined as I have no insurance. It was then established that Vodacom Intergration cancelled my insurance without my Authority on 27.09.2013. The lady who did the update for my insurance at Cellsure (Eunice) has not returned any of our calls since 11h30 this morning (time submitting this compalint is 14h30). We have phoned back and forth to different departments and no one can give an answer. Everytime we call someone else says they can help but to date no one has been able to help. So is it normal for Vodacom to just cancel a customer's insurance without informing them? I have been loyal to Vodacom for close to 10 years and if this is what they do to loyal customers then I don't know anymore. I'm sure other cell phone companies that wud appreciate our business. Very fed up and irritated client
