I required some information that apparently a sales representative will only be able to supply me with and after holding the line for more than 16min Michelle assured me that a rep will contact me within 24hr, Its been 48hrs and still no phone call?. How pathetic, due to the fact that our company is looking to change over to one of the products that only Telkom provide at a cheaper rate. I called once again this morning and guess what, I've been on hold for longer than 20mins. So please jack up the service to telephonic customers, employ more people so that we dont have to hold the line for longer than 5min.
