Pathetic Service!

Telkom is a big let down! We caught a Telkom technician using our line and decided to inform Telkom about it! Big mistake, all I got was 2 hours and 20mins of frustration! Employees at the call centre are clueless as to a protocol for this scenario! I spoke to more than one person and each time they kept me waiting for 15mins to call a supervisor and another 15mins to get hold of a manager, only to say that they were either on the line or in a meeting. Then they take my details and promise they'll call back, but to date no such thing has happened!
A few hours later someone calls to enquire if my problem was solved. As I was busy on another call, I asked him to hold on for a min and 3mins later he put the phone down and never called back!
Telkom has the audacity to treat their clients like trash, with pathetic service from incompetent employees. Keeping clients on the line endlessly, not knowing what to do and not being able to get hold of a supervisor/manager and to still have an attitude, is inexcusable!
A competitive service provider will be most welcome, and successful, even without advertising, because Telkom has far too many clients who are fed up with their abuse!
