ONCE AGAIN Telkom!! What's it take to get service

Once again Telkom have been as useless as ever!!! I have just spent the most frustration hour being passed from department to department for over an hour AAARRRRRGGGGGG!!!

I have recently upgraded my adel line to 4 to 10 cos been very unhappy with line speed. Was told my line was a 10m line. When called 1st time to complain they say oh no you will only get max 6m on line.

I have been calling today to inquire as to whether I can get onto a more advanced exchange I don't even care if I have change my phone number to do this. New lines and sales passed me to internet technical who passed me back to sales who passed me back to internet.

After speaking to 4 people and waiting over 10minutes on hold 2 x I just put phone down. JUST FOR A CHANGE
getting off the line angry and irritated with Telkom, which seems to be a permanent condition whilst dealing with them.

IM SO AGGRAVATED so one hour later and still got nowhere i actually couldn't be bothered to even try to call again.

FRUSTRATED!!! Since May I have been having issues with my adel line on and off.

Honestly if i can get a solution somewhere else i would leave Telkom services immediatel
