Data bund, contract never cancelled 4 months late

I have been in and out MTN Greenstone branch to arrange for a contract to be cancelled. Its four months later and Rani promised that she will take care of this matter, A week before month end I send her a what's app to ensure that all prevention is made not to run the payment on account A4714689. The payment went off my account and caused my bank account to be in overdraft and my cell phone payment was unpaid in Dec 2013 and Jan 2014. I was debited with unpaid fees R112, 00 for December 2013 and January and this has impacted me since I did not make provision for such!! I have been calling Rani and she is ignoring my calls and now this has a bad history loaded onto my cheque account. I have spend many Saturdays waiting in long ques and wasting my petrol becuase of incompetent staff that does not care about their customer. Its just been one bad experience after the other ever since we upgarded. Information is not shared freely to educate you as a customer you only find out the info when something goes wrong!!! I will make sure that these bad experiences are shared with everybody I come into contac with!!!
