Acct closed & paid in Nov but still charged 4 dec

I have a Call reference number: r ef1401300000166357 and Account details 0844213638 account number 120851520.
To the billing person who called me shame on u and ur head of department. treats of being taken to Legal without fondation. Also rude in Nature. To the call centre agents who has been patient and helpful, Thank you. I have last year (2013) November cancelled my contract with Cell C. to what I was made to understand is that I had paid the usage, cancellation fee and the normal montly fee. I then after did not use the sim till end of december because I was advised to do that. as to why benefits for december was added by Cell! I dont know. because I had cancelled the service. and now u treating me to take me to Legal for what? I dont owe you nothing Cell C. u just quick to rubbish my Name and its credit status for nothing. please fix this. I dont owe a cent.
