Double Billed AGAIN!!!

Here we go again Vodacom. So you sort out my upgrade date, I then upgrade the one contract to an S4 which is supposed to cost me R389. You billed me R703 for this contract, for December 2013 and January 2014. You have now debited my account R838 in both months, the one contract is fine, R135 which is due for an upgrade.

The invoice for this first contract has 2 handset charges!!! I only received an S4!!! What is this second handset??? The S4 is only supposed to cost R190 R199 subscription = R389. What handset is costing me R314???

I have now learnt my lesson twice, I will not upgrade my second contract!!!
