Bad Service and will never get bette

My account was handed over to pre legal because Cell C made with my account just what they wanted to, deducted R 350 from my account for 2 months in a row, which I did not know what it was for. Because of this Cell C handed my account over for pre legal. After I confirmed what that debit order was for I paid the amount into Cell C's account, I lodged a complaint with Cell C and they advised my account will be corrected. I am due for an upgrade and when I called to arrange the upgrade today the lady advised my account is still pre legal and I do not qualify for an upgrade, she transferred me to the legal department and the person on the order end of the line advised I must stay on the line he will have a look what the problem is, I was on hold for more than 15min, got no service and my account is till with pre legal! What the must a person do to get service from Cell C? They are quick to take your money even if you do not know what it is for or gave them the permission to do so! I will NEVER refer anyone to Cell C, ever again. I hope the new CEO is happy with the kind of service Cell C gives its costumers.?
