Unbelievable BAD BAD customer service/ billing

I have been reporting my complaint on Hello Peter since November when I took out my Cell C Contract, I have never had any response from Billing Department to sort out my queries even though I still have not received my emailed billing /account from them, I have told legal/billing department I will not pay another cent this month until Mbongeni Ntshangase who was supposed to come back to me 4 weeks ago and I believe when speaking to the legal department has closed my case without sorting the problem I have been having out, Legal department on 2 February 2013 said she would send him a message to contact me and she would follow up after two hours - of course that still not has happened!! I yesterday my cell phone was cut off again even after holding on at customer service and then beign transfered through to another Supervisor was cut off, i have given them all my reference no's, I have left bad service report on their service after every customer support person I have spoken to - what's the use no-one listens and no-one sort your problems out but they can cut-off you off. I am trying to get Cell C wireless contract but have a 0 rating from the account department!!!
