Terrible Service

After 5 years of having my cell phone contract with cell c i am having endless problems with obtaining an additional line rental because of a R100 payment (witch was only communicated to me after it was outstanding for a year)
account department put my account status on legal even though i have been such an exemplary customer to them that there is an amount due to me from cell c
i paid the outstanding monies more than a month ago but still they cant tell me why my account is still in a legal status after i have called them over a 2 month period on a regular basis.
they dont return calls to customers even though they promise to do so, they are always blaming other departments for the problem and just dont get the issue resolved
