Cancellation of contract

I had a contract with cell c which I was paying every month, in December last year there was additional amount that was added which did not appear in our contract, after asking several of cell c's call centre agents, still they could not clearly explained to me why was there an additional amount on my contract.

that led me to the termination of my contract with Cell c and I informed cell c that I would like to terminate the contract because, what was happening was never in our contract they did not Horner our agreement. few months there after I received a call from their lawyers and the person that called was of no help and they referred me to cell C legal that I have tried calling and cant go through

my problem is I cant pay for more that what was agreed upon, and have my name humiliated like that
