Call 3 Times to Migrate

I have called 3 times to the Cell C customer call centre and no one comes back to you, every time you call in to them they cant help you and they need to then log a new call, really what service is this? You claim this is the best service provider well with the service im getting I don't know what type of service you have. When you call in the third time the customer care lady gets a attitude with you because you tired of doing the same process for the THIRD time. I just want to migrate really!!!
