Cell C
False promises

Wow, I have never experienced such from a service provider like what cell c gives... I called on the 27 November wanting to migrate my package and I was told that I would be called within 48 hours to do the migration. I have been waiting since then for a call back and i even called yesterday again to find out what's going and I was told that somebody would be in touch with me and guess what nobody has come back to me... I don't know if this is the type of service that we pay for and what's worse I have given the consultants alternative contact details so they can call me. THIS IS JUST A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME HAVING TO DEAL WITH CELL C. I HAVE OFFICIALLY DECIDED THAT I WILL BE GETTING MY LINES DISCONNECTED AND HAVE FOUND PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THANK YOU AND SO LONG TO THE SERVICE
