I submitted a claim to Cell C insurance for my phone that was on the 19/06/13. Cell C declined the claim as the phone was not in use at the time. I explained that the phone (Nokia E7) was faulty which I sent in to Cell C for replacement which Cell C declined and went ahead and repaired the phone and promised me that the problem with the phone has been resolved, not even a month later the same problem accured again. Due to a number verbal fights with cell C i was forced to buy a new phone as i use my phone very much.
The personnel from Cell C that declined my claim said that i must email Cell C customer claim department my dispute and they will review it and report back to me within 48 Hours. Up until today no response from any body from Cell C claim department. I have phoned a number of times and was promised a number of times that some one from Cell C customer claim department will contact me and until today still nothing.

Cell C may be the cheapest cellular network provider but boy they are the worst for customer care. It is a pity as the Cell C shop in Sasolburg are so help full friendly but then get let down by the Cell C customer care centre.
