Frustrated Cell C Breach of Contract Stupid Staff

I Upgraded my cell c contract on 01-08-2012 to a straight up 50 contract. Cell C made the mistake of upgrade my contract to a straight up 50 TOP UP contract. I have the proof of my contract that i signed that is state Straight up 50 contract NOT STRAIGHT UP 50 TOP UP CONTRACT. I have 2 Different papers that i sign on my contract stated 2 different contracts. How did they print this wrong and cant fix the problem i struggled from November 2012 till February 2013 with this problem that i am on A TOP UP CONTRACT NOT ON STRAIGHT UP contract. All the people i spoke to did not understand me they tell me i must migrate my contract. I don't want to migrate they MUST FIX THEIR MISTAKES THEY MAKE. And i Pay way above for this contract. And they always say we will phone you in 24Hours and nobody even done that i had to phone once a week.

April 2013 my cell phone was disconnected from service i phoned in to customer service and they said every thing is fine sorry about the mistake they will reconnect me and investigate what happened and will get back to me in 24 Hours. 21Days later no no Phone call. I have the proof of contract and they don't want to fix it I, MUST MIGRATE
