NO feedback/assistance!!!

I was phoned to upgrade my phone - NO mention was made of ANY migration fee! End of the month comes and a migration fee of R1955.90 was deducted!!! on the 7th of JAnuary i phoned in and spoke to Sarah (ref no : 324718646) who told me that the migration fee was a mistake and will be refunded. The back office would gifve me a call. On the 23rd i received a phone call from David (appartently from the back office) from cell no 082 277 0967 - he then advised that he would phone me back with feedback. To date i have not received ANY feedbac. Then on the 28th i phoned in AGAIN - i then spoke to dominique who AGAIN said they will phone me back after 16:00 - still NO feedback! its nearly a month now and i there is NO progress!

SO tired of this terrible service - VERY V ERY VERY close to cancelling all my contacts!
