I have been trying to migrate to your straight up 100 for the past 3 weeks. I am currently on casual chat 100. First of all, the number you tell us to phone to migrate DOES NOT WORK. I have been sent from pillar to post and finally someone helped me on friday (17th). They logged an escalation for me with ref no 3051700158. The lady said someone will phone me back within 24 hours, but guess what NO ONE HAS PHONED ME. SORT OUT YOUR CALL CENTRE OR I WILL GO TO ANOTHER CELL SERVICE!!!
