3rd request to migrate my packages declined!

I have called the customer care many times to migrate 2 of my packages from a STRAIGHT UP TO A TOP UP PACKAGE but every time i do so they respond so many days after ward giving me stories like my account is in arrears or my debit was unsuccessful and i have also requested for my payment method to be changed to cash as this is easier for me and have been doing it that way ever since i took out my first contract and now i have 5 lines! i would really appreciate for some to assist me because really cell c has the worst service ever and every time we call customer care the consultants are more involved in their own conversations and act like clowns instead of doing their jobs. I pay nothing less than R1200 every month in total for all my lines and all i want is to have my payment method changed to cash, and 2 of my lines migrated because i pay for good service not bad attitude and cell c should really think of employing staff with a higher level of intellect because some of them are down right dumb!!!
