3 months and still unresolved! No customer service

My phone was, reported it, requested it be blacklisted & blocked. A week later I called my number, the phone was still ringing & someone answered. Called Cell C to query, was advised that they had not blocked the line, it then took 3 more calls to get the line blocked. Once I got my new phone via C-Cover, I noticed that my limit had almost been exceeded, so whoever had my phone was actually using my sim card, apps like FNB banking was also accessed. I called Cell C as they had cost me money due to an error on their part, I was passed from pillar post and finally after many promises of call backs to no avail, I finally got through to a call centre supervisor who assisted me, she= advised that content services had been activated on my line as the line wasn't blocked. She promised me a credit, which has not been passed, as I have been billed for it. Called yesterday, they couldn't find any record of the promised credit, I was told I would receive a call from the agent - Sabatsele's supervisor within the course of yesterday, I am still waiting. So frustrated with the lack of customer service! I wish I had never joined this network. 3 Months to resolve one complaint???
