Vodacom has managed to top all levels of service dissatisfaction. After they incorrectly blacklisted my perfectly operating BlackBerry, the reasons unknown to anyone at Vodacom, they have taken away the phone, promised to call me back without ever doing so and arrogantly promised me that they would undertake their investigation within 48 hours none of which has ever happened. A week later I am without my phone, on a contract service that I pay for, and Vodacoms 'dont care' attitude that their customer should be inconvenienced by their own internal error.
