Shocking - Renewed contracts without consent

I received a call for an upgrade on 2 numbers on Friday, yet I gave instructions to cancel these contracts in June 2012 and September 2013. When I had to speak to the cancellations department, the first guy told me that there is nothing that he can do and after heavy debates he slammed the phone down. I then called again and spoke to a lady, who after about 2 minutes put cut me off by putting me through to the customer satisfaction survey. A third time I called and spoke to yet another lady, same result as she cut me off after I insisted that she provide me with the head offices and CEO's details. I am fed up with this service and will be seeking legal advice and make contact with the CPA and Ombudsman for the contracts being renewed without my consent. I have been reasonable by contacting Vodacom, but due to the fact that their staff are too incompetent to deal with customer complaints, Have a listen to the calls made last week from my mobile number to confirm.

I have had enough. Last chance Vodacom, contact me back within 48 hours or prepare to receive a lawsuit. I am disgusted by this company and would not recommend them to anyone... rather use cell c, 8ta or MTN!!!
