Terrible internet with a horrid call centre

MTN has the worst call center - been trying now for 2 days to get through to a call center agent to resolve my issue and every time i get an error saying "invalid key" and then i get disconnected!!! annoying right? I thought that it could have been me that did in fact push a wrong key but it did the same when i put my phone on loud speaker and placed it on a counter. is there a problem with the 1555 number?

so i pay a lot of money a month for internet and i do not get the promised services from MTN? i experience trouble with it daily, slow speeds, google even times out and when i try contact MTN to get the issue resolved i cant even get through to an agent? what must i do MTN?
