Slow data speeds, slow and bad service

I've been having useless data speeds for the last 3 weeks! I have been unable to work, and very unfortunately I use my Cell C "SpeedStick" as my primary source of internet access.
I sent a message on their website over 2 weeks ago, then another one last week (after getting no response to the first), until eventually I gave up and called their call center after not hearing back. The first agent I dealt with told me she couldn't help me. After calling the second, I managed to get a case number. I've wasted money and time trying to talk to the call center agents (the only one that has proved to be helpful so far was Sisanda).
Finally I got a document to fill in with regards to details which I sent off to technical support (on Friday). I had no response (no surprise here), so I mailed them today and asked what was going on.
Their response is that it will now take 5-7 working days. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Customer service is useless! Internet speeds are useless! I won't recommend them to anyone! I feel I've wasted R1799 on a data bundle I can hardly use and over R100 in phone calls to them. VERY VERY frustrating and disappointing :(
