Reset Pin? Never!

Hey guys at my wits end with this...
I keep on getting an error message when I want to del some shows on my pvr. The error says pin blocked call serive center... I did... That still an issue due to the fact that the call center agent is more intrested in somebody in the background. I have sent an SMS and done the online thing still the same problem... So please can somebody on here help me?!?
My pvr is getting full... please get back to me... Cause uncapped adsl seems the way to go...
