Wrong device sent on upgrade, no collection

I upgraded my contract telephonically on the 14th of October. The device was delivered to me on the 16th of October. However the device delivered to me was not the device i had requested for my upgrade. I immediately called vodacom upgrades department to let them know. Upgrades department told me that they dont deal with that and i must call another number, and they too sent me to another department. Its almost 3 weeks and no one has come to pick the device up. To make matters worse, at month end they changed my contract to the upgraded contract (data), and now i do not have all services available on my cellphone... This is really poor service and its really ked up. If this matter is not resolved soon, i will be cancelling all my vodacom contracts because clearly i am not a valuable customer. I will also be taking this matter up with ICASA. Ps. I work for vodacom competition, i know which doors to knock on.
