Still no feedback on reimbursement

After I logged my original compliant on HelloPeter regarding Vodacom over billing me in November and December due to them not migrating my package over correctly I got a call from them within an hour - which I unfortunately missed. I returned their call via their retentions department again in an attempt to resolve - to be told by the call centre operator I need to speak to the person that called me (No name provided) who is dealling with our account query, and that she would be calling me back shortly. I AM STILL WAITING... nearly a week later! And to top it off I get a call from another department to sell me a wireless device - why would I want anything more from Vodacom when they cannot even take my account seriously and reimburse me for their wrong doing!!!
