Vodacom gets it wrong again

So I missed the agents call last week, and called the customer services department. I spoke to a gentleman who said he could not assist and nor could he transfer me to Rashique who he had said tried to call me, he did however say that he would log a note on the system which she will receive and revert back to me. Hmmm, no call to date. I did however receive communication stating that the sms billing was in deed correct. Wow, they got it wrong again, the issue is not the billing but rather the cancellation date I received from Vodacom as to when my account ends which you later refuted. I have a little tip that works in the service industry: DO YOU HOMEWORK BEFORE CONTACTING THE CLIENT.
