Blacklisted due to vodacom billing dispute

I have an account query since December 2012 regarding my account. Vodacom blacklisted me now I have been contacted by four different collection companies. every time I send them supporting documents and all documents to Vodacom surrounding the dispute, they never call me back, and if you contact them they still waiting for Vodacoms response.
I have been declined on my vehicle finance due to Vodacoms non response to an query. this is effecting me terrible, and Vodocom do not even try to resolve the problem. They just have an attidute of "you own this so pay this" if their was not a query on the account I will pay, I will not pay for two contracts that has been cancelled in October 2012 on a cancellation form, from a Vodacom Shop.

Please help as Vodacom hands you over and then just ignore you if you try to reason with them.
