ADSL AND LANDLINE WOT WORKING

My ADSL and landline hasn't been working since Friday the 24th Jan. I reported the matter to them on Monday, but to date I still haven't received any response as to when will it be fixed. No technician has contacted me either. I'm unable to make nor receive calls, and also cannot access my email and internet.
