I took my first contract with 8ta on the 09 December 2013, and was advised my first payment in January. Once I received my bill, I realised I was placed on the wrong data package. I requested for the Smartplan 50 but was placed on the smartplan100. My second two contracts were taking on the 31 December. I was not informed that I would be billed for the full month of December. Otherwise I would have waited for the first working day of January, cause to date I have not even used the devices. I find it pathetic that the sales staff are so greedy for sales that they will do anything for a sale and not inform us consumers regarding the terms and conditions properly.
When I called into your customer billing department, I was informed that is how the billing works and that the branch staff are only after sales.
I have been billed much higher that I anticipated as the sales staff feel that it is not there responsibility to inform us how the contracts work.
This is the first time I have taking a contract and feel that I have been robbed blindly as I was not giving any of this information.
