My contracts expire in April 2013.I canceled both my 8.ta contracts in march already and requested the numbers to be ported to prepaid. I called 8.ta in august and Roseline Witbooi confirmed on 2013/08/14 she requested my payments to be refunded and even gave me a case number: 6568722. We are now approaching the end of the year and I am still paying for cellphones that expired in May. How can I pay for services that I dont get and I acted responsibly and cancelled the both contracts. I just wonder what the Consumer Commission would say about this
