I have two contracts with MTN, one of the contracts I did not upgrade I stopped the contract at the MTN shop in Witbank last year November 2013. When I went threw my bank statements I see that the amount is still being deducted. I went back to the lady Jeanelle at the shop, she confirmed that she did email the document to stop contract. Head office supplied her with the incorrect email address so she forwarded the email sent last year to that email adres given. The amount of R50 is deducted for the contract now they informed me that I will be paying R149 end of January and R149 end of February because I only want to stop the contract now. But I have proof that it was sent last year it is not my fault that the people at headoffice are not trained well in there jobs. I urgently need help regarding this matter.
