Virgin Mobile South Africa
Still paying for a PAID UP CONRTRACT

Telecommunications

I have THREE contracts with Virgin Mobile and due to possible budgetary constraints decided to pay up the amount due on my Tablet. I paid the amount due on 23 December. On the 12th of January I phoned, only to discover that I still had THREE contracts. I emailed the proof op payment 3 times. I was then contacted by Head Office who informed that the contract on the tablet is now sorted. When I received an account I saw the amount due was STILL the same as if the tablet was not paid off. It was explained to me that the billing is done for a 2 month period which does not make sense with regards to the contract that was paid up on 24/12/2013. The amount that was paid was the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE on the contract, up and until 24 December 2013 and therefore including December. There is no explanation that warrants another amount that would be deducted for a contract THAT WAS PAID IN FULL. I am sticking to my original decision to CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS if the same amount is deducted from my bank account.
