Virgin Mobile South Africa
Must cancell contract

Telecommunications

On 21 April 2012 I entered into a Flexi Top Up 100a Contract and the monthly commitment of R149 was regularly paid by Debit Order at month end. Virgin Mobile even deducted the amount prematurely on 20 December 2013. But, no airtime was loaded on my phone for the end of November 2013 or December 2013 even though I phoned twice and complained. Further, an amount of R350 airtime for Top Up was bought via Absa Bank, on 28 November 2013 but it was never credited to my account. These breaches of contract on your side was reported and proof given to you by E-mail [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] on 04-12-2013, 09-12-2013 (twice), & 12-12-2013. I kindly asked you if my contract could be ended and what the costs would be. You did not reply.
Please cancel my contract now and allow me to port my number to Vodacom. I've changed my bank and the
Debit Order will not be honoured.
