On hold for 49 minutes... and counting

I phoned to inquire about about upgrading my ADSL line...
After a bit of a run around I was transferred to technical support.

I have this call on speaker phone with a call timer. It is now at 51 minutes of telkom music... and Im still holding.

AWESOME SERVICE... NOT
