How bad can something get at TELKOM? I have paid my TELKOM phone and ADSL account on 25 June 2013. I am still waiting for my ADSL line to be connected. Accounts say I have a credit of R400 and Technical support says your line has been suspended. I have phoned every single day since 26 June, and each day since 26 June the people at Technical Support promises to apparently sends an e-mail (to who know where and to whom) asking for the ADSL line to be re-conncected. After a call a day I get the same message from Technical support AGAINB today on 1 July, saying they will also AGAIN send an e-mail to the man in the moon asking to re-connect the line. Telkom please wake up and get a life. Stop advertising and sort out your systems to work effectively. You are a disgrace when it comes to customer service.
