No joy in getting my phone fixed/replaced

I visited the Carnival mall branch in hopes of getting my Blackberry 9320 phone replaced but instead was treated like a hawker coming in from the street asking for freebies. I have been a customer with Autopage for more than 7 years and am absolutely disgusted with the way the matter was handled. First I was told that my phone could not be replace as it was too damaged. I seriously doubt whether all phones received are in mint condition. Also, when i asked for it to be repaired they said that it had obvious water damamge and that it would get sent back, but the manner in which all of this was said, was in a very condascedning tone. I have been a loyal client and have never missed a payment and yet I am treated with utmost disrespect when trying to get my phone, which i am currently still paying for, either repaired or replaced. I will be reporting this to the consumer board and the sunday times and all the media outelts should it not be resolved because even the aquisition of the said phone was an issue to begin with and took more than a month. It is apalling that there is no help for paying clients to be treated with such disrepect.
