I have a account problem and so 1946 my account is in arrease and ask vodacom to cancel the debit in September I was assured that it was done when. Received statements I saw I owe vodacom course of debits that bounced and all a long I paid via easy pay as was told when cancelled the debit order the only reason cancelled the debit order is I was rerenched today called spoke to a lady called masindi who that refuse to help telling me it's not her fault and all I wanted was help I lost hope in this company.
