SHOCKING EXPERIENCE WITH CELL C

Last week (Wednesday 31/01/13) I opened up a Cell C contract. The in store staff were wonderful and after signing up for the iphone 5 and recieving my phone, they began the procedure of porting my number over from Vodacom to Cell C. The port took place on Thursday (01/02/13) and the agent in store assured me that I would not be without connection.
Well, 6 days later and I am STILL without connection. After countless unhelpful calls to customer service, porting, techincal, and even Cell C head office, three visits to store, the issue has STILL NOT been resolved.
The agents in Cell C Sandton were extremely helpful, but without help from the incompetent technical department, they have been unable to resolve my issue.
After an irrate call to Cell C head office, who promised to call me back and rectify the issue, I have still not recieved a call. I have tweeted Cell C and emailed - all with no response.
I am DISGUSTED at the service I have received from Cell C customer service, technical help and porting. Cell C Sandton staff have been friendly and helpful, but no one has managed to sort out this issue and I am stuck unable to make/recieve calls, send/recieve sms' or access data.
