Vodacom
Debit account for 2 months after contract expire

Telecommunications

The contract on my laptop expired on 30/05/2013, during which period I gave a 30 day cancellation notice. On the 30/06/2013 Vodacom cancelled all services and I lost all my remaining data, and I settled the last invoice.
I receieved a statement on 03/08/2013 indicating that my account has been paid up in full. On 03/09/2013 Vodacom issued a new statement, indicating that I am due to pay R285.50. I have signed up for a debit order, and it seems like there is no way to cancel the debit order with the bank or Vodacom. Vodacom was very punctial in terminating all my services punctionaly, and I lost all unused data on the last day, but they still debit my account!
