Vodacom accounts department worst in trade

Dear Vodacom,

I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for 5 years now, with an average spent of over R1500 per month, but I think this is the end of the road for me and Vodacom, it's not because of bad service its purely because of your accounts department. On the 19th of August you were supposed to debit my account for my monthly premium, this did not happen and I was instructed to pay it cash into your bank account. I then went to the bank and did as you asked me to. Then I faxed through the proof of payment slip and the Accounts Department Support team told me that they have now cancelled my debit order for future and that I can make payment into your account monthly. No problem, thank you. Don't like debit orders anyway. Today on the 24th I received a sms from FNB telling me that you have tried to deduct money of my account that I already paid cash into your account, now this incurred some bank fees as the funds was not available in the account, and I already paid the money into your account. Now my question is just, if my debit-order was cancelled and my account was paid, who gave you the right to debit my account without notice on a day I did not even specify?
