It has been 9 months that MTN have been deducting R649.50 from my company account for a phone that was transferred to Vodacom!! My employer asked to change to another service provider but I said she had to retain her number! We waited until she was due for an upgrade and only then she had the number, transferred! I have been mailing documents to prove transfer, every other month! This is enough!
Secondly I asked for a new cell phone for another employer (this was done early December) who started with my company on the 1st of Jan '14 - also no response! Is this possible??? I can understand you R649.50 x 9 and keeping quiet, but a new contract?? New business?? I have been with MTN 14 years now and my company for 10 years!! Never missed ONE payment! Totally unacceptable!! please contact me!
